Rogers Together With Shaw payment options
If you are a Rogers Together With Shaw customer, the quickest and easiest way to check your balance and make a payment on your account is through the MyRogers (Shaw) app. Payments via MyRogers (Shaw) (app or web) are instantly applied to your account. Download the MyRogers (Shaw) app for iOS or MyRogers (Shaw) app for Android devices.
Make a payment with MyRogers (Shaw)
Payments made with a credit card through MyRogers (Shaw) will be applied to your account immediately.
To make a payment via MyRogers (Shaw):
- Sign in to MyRogers (Shaw).
- Select My Bills.
- Choose Pay My Bill. Fill out your payment details.
- Select Submit.
You can also set up Automatic Payments through the My Bill section of MyRogers (Shaw).
Make a payment with Easy Pay
To pay without signing into MyRogers (Shaw), you can use the Easy Pay feature:
- Go to shaw.ca/easypay
- Enter your Account Number and payment amount.
- Enter your Credit Card information and select Continue.
- Review your details and select Submit payment.
Make a payment via internet or telephone banking
You can pay your bill through your own personal banking service. Depending on your bank, you may call or log in to your banking service to make a payment. Payments will be applied to your account in approximately 2-4 business days. Payment sent by bank will count as paid on time if the payment was sent on or before your bill’s due date.
> When making a payment, please make sure:
- Your account number is correct. You can find your account number at the top of your bill.
- The payee (who you're making a payment to) is correct. Different banks may show variations on the payee name, look for options like:
- Shaw Cablesystems G.P.
- Shaw Cable Systems LTD.
- Shaw Cable.
> Make a payment with our automated telephone service
Payments made with a credit card will be applied to your account immediately.
>To make a payment via our automated telephone service:
- Call 1-888-472-2222.
- Choose your preferred language.
- Follow the voice-automated prompts.
>Make a payment in-person at a financial institution
Payments will be applied to your account within 4-7 business days. Payment sent by bank will count as paid on time if the payment was sent before your bill’s due date.
> You can pay your bill at any financial institution:
- Bring your bill.
- Make sure you have the correct account number
- You can find your account number at the top of your bill.
- Make a payment to Shaw Cable. Your bank may show variations of payee names, such as:
- Shaw Cablesystems G.P.,
- Shaw Cable Systems LTD, or
- Shaw Cable.
