What should I do if I see "network busy" when trying to make a call?

"Network busy" means your device can’t secure a channel due to network congestion. It’s also possible there is a wireless network outage affecting service in your area. To find out if there’s a wireless network outage, please visit the Network Help & Outages page. You can also try turning the phone off and then on again, check if the number you are trying to dial is correct, and if you are dialing 10 digits, not 7 digits.
